Hello, my name is Sophia,Â
I am a visual artist, working primarily in watercolor and mixed - media art, I am also an founder of “CanotStopPaintingArt Studio” which specializes in wall decor in collaboration with interior design brands and architects. I have over 18 years of professional experience in art.
I have been painting and creating art since I was a child. I also attended art school. I enrolled in Chemical science high school as I wanted to be a scientist, but my heart was always dragged towards the arts, and I really missed it. I realized that I wanted to do what I actually love—art. I switched to studying fine arts, focused on Asian art studies, Japanese culture and arts, where I also learned Japanese calligraphy.
After university, I worked as an artist in a glass studio and designed wall art in a hotel. After I had my daughter, I opened my home studio and started working with international architects and designers on art projects.Â
I am here to support you and guide you on this beautiful, creative journey.Â
