Loose, lively, and full of the energy of early spring — this stream is all about capturing the atmosphere of blooming trees using simple materials, freehand sketching, and expressive ink and watercolor combinations.

In this session, you’ll learn:
• How to sketch trees without pencil — directly with ink
• How to use line direction and rhythm to express branches and blossoms
• How to layer watercolor washes for soft blooms and vibrant contrasts
• How to balance freedom with clarity in quick landscape sketches

This is not a formal class — but rather an open studio moment, where you can paint along or simply observe and get inspired. 

🖌 Materials:
You can paint along with basic watercolor paper, a fountain pen or liner, a few watercolor pans, and your favorite brushes. A materials list is included in the stream description.
