"Face the Flow" is a four-session portrait journey designed to help you understand faces through structure, light, flow, and expressive mixed media.

Across four focused classes, we explore the three essential portrait angles — front view, profile, and 3/4 — and then bring them together into a personal mixed-media composition.

At the heart of this Lab is the combination of graphite drawing and atmospheric watercolor washes, supported by additional materials like crayons, watercolor pencils, ink, gouache, or acrylic. This layered approach allows you to build clear structure first, and then add softness, depth, and emotion through paint and mixed-media accents.

You’ll learn not only how to draw and paint portraits, but also why certain choices give your work more expression, clarity, and flow.
My teaching is step-by-step, supportive, and practical — focused on helping you build confidence in drawing, understand angles and light, and enjoy creating portraits that feel alive and personal.

Every session includes a live Zoom class, lifetime access to the recording, and subtitles in English, German, and Italian, so you can revisit the material at your own pace.

Whether you're a beginner in watercolor, an intermediate artist looking to deepen your portrait skills, or simply someone who wants to explore expressive faces in mixed media — this Lab will give you both clarity and artistic freedom.
